Fairness, in plain words.

One account, one human.

You can hold exactly one Reapwork account, tied to a real phone number and a real identity check. Multi-accounting is the fastest way to get banned and forfeit any pending payouts.

If you share a household and someone else wants to join, they sign up with their own number and bank — never on your device under your account.

Real engagement only.

Every paid action has to be done by you, with attention. Tasks like quizzes and brand games include verification checks — guessing or speed-clicking gets flagged automatically and the reward is voided.

• Don't paste templated comments — they're easy to detect and never count.
• Don't share, vote, or repost anything you don't actually understand.
• If you wouldn't say it to a friend, don't post it for a payout.

No bots. No click-farms. No emulators.

Automation tools, click farms, virtual devices, VPNs masking your real region, and coordinated rings are an instant ban — including any wallet balance you've earned. We monitor for behavioural patterns, not just IP addresses.

If you suspect someone is doing this, report them at trust@reapwork.app. Confirmed reports earn a credit.

Privacy & identity.

We only ever expose your @username to other members — never your real name. That's a hard product rule. Likewise, you should never try to surface or harass another member outside of their handle.

If a business reaches out to you directly because of something you did on Reapwork, they're using a contact channel you chose to share. We never broker private info on your behalf.

Payouts & integrity.

Withdrawal goes to the bank, mobile money, or stablecoin wallet that matches the identity on your account. Mismatches are held until verified — this protects you from account takeover.

Streak shields, tier multipliers, and partner commissions are calculated automatically. If you spot a number that looks wrong, email support@reapwork.app with your transaction ID — we'll check.

Brand conduct.

Businesses on Reapwork agree to:

• Pay for real attention — not vanity metrics.
• Disclose what a campaign is actually for (you can't disguise a survey as a giveaway).
• Honour any prizes, codes, or perks promised in a brand game.
• Never contact members through Reapwork to sell something outside the platform.

Repeated violations remove a business from the discoverability surface and, eventually, from the platform.

Harm & harassment.

Hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, threats, doxxing, and any content that violates local law are immediately removed and the account is banned. There's no second chance for these.

Enforcement.

We take a graduated approach for most rules: a soft warning, then a temporary suspension, then a permanent ban. Severe rules (rule 03 and rule 07) skip straight to permanent ban.

If you believe an enforcement action was wrong, reply directly to the email you received — a human reviews every appeal.
